2. The user is assigned a card-key to enter and leave the parking space when he/she pleases.

3. The user will only use the parking space to park his/her bicycle and is not permitted to use the space as a warehouse for storing other materials or vehicles, or as a place of meeting, sleeping or anything else.

4. When the user has placed the bicycle in its assigned space, he/she need to lock it to the rails.

5. When applying for membership to the parking space, the applicant needs to bring a photocopy of his/her national identity card and fill in a form.
